At the Academy we offer a professionally produced performance each Spring that your child may participate in. Our performances are not mandatory however; we feel that it is a wonderful opportunity for your child’s personal growth and their education as a dancer.

Annual Spring Dance Recital:

7TH ANNUAL RECITAL SHOW ORDER
Our Annual June Recital is a formal production with professional lighting, sound and costumes. Again, location is based on availability. For the 7th Annual Recital, we have booked the Indian Trail High School Auditorium. Students in levels 4 and 5 perform in 4 performances. Levels 2 and 3 perform in 2 performances. Levels 1 and lower perform in 1 performance.
Students are measured in December and parents will be able to order costumes online beginning January 6, 2013. Instructions on how to order costumeswill be given out in December.
Costumes are chosen by our teachers to suit the choreography of the dance. Costumes will be handed out when all costume balances for the class have been paid.
Ticket requests are taken and paid for in mid-May. Ticket requests then go to an outside ticketing company and seats are randomly assigned. Tickets are available for pick up at the beginning of June.
Dress Rehearsals are all "full dress", meaning, students come in complete costume, hair and make-up . Rehearsals will be on June 13th and 14th. Times will be assigned after the Academy returns from spring break.
