2011-2012 Music Classes Tuition

Private music students are allowed 4 make up lessons for the calendar year. After the alloted 4 make ups are used, lessons are forfeited.

Multiple class discounts apply to all dance, music and drama classes.

Discounts

Multiple class discounts apply to our music program and can be combined with any dance or drama class as well. For example, if you take 1 dance class plus a private music lesson you will get a 10% discount.  Or if you take 3 classes (for ex. an acting class, dance class and a group music lesson) you would get an 11% discount.

Payment Options

Auto-pay: Tuition must be paid by automatic bank account debit or automatic credit card payment. Tuition will be debited the fifth of every month. The month of September (or your first month) is non-refundable. Credit card or bank debit payments are not accepted for in-person payment on a monthly basis. Payment must be pre-authorized automatic monthly payment. All charges will appear as being from Kenosha Academy of Dance Inc. If you choose not to do automatic payment, you have the option of paying in full the entire school year and receiving a 5% discount on your tuition. (Costume not included in discount) 5% discount not good on Summer Tuition.

Withdrawal and Refunds: One month notice from the fifth of the month is required to discontinue any classes. Withdrawal must be done in person and will not be accepted over the phone or email. To withdraw from any classes a parent or guardian must complete and sign a withdrawal form provided by the studio office. All automatic bank debit and credit card charges will stop after the one-month notice period. Kenosha Academy of Dance Music & Drama reserves the right to terminate classes to any student without notice. In such cases a refund for unused classes will be given. If you pre-pay and drop in the middle of your session, the balance remaining will be credited in the form of a check.

Tuition is not pro-rated for missed classes due to illness or vacation. All tuition is non-refundable.

Registration
Students register for the entire year, September through mid-June. Please review our complete registration information form. The registration fee is paid annually.

Registration fee is $20 per student or $30 per family - for the year. You may register in person, via phone or online.

Parent Information
Communication Policy: We email monthly newsletters and reminders. You are responsible for information given in each newsletter. If you do not receive email, please stop by the front desk to pick up a copy.

It is the responsibility of the parent or adult student to be aware of all school activities, such as viewing days, recitals, extra classes, and dates the school is open or closed. The school will post all such notices in the monthly newsletter and on our website. It is the parent's responsibility to regularly check these to ensure they are informed. It is also the responsibility of the parents or adult students to inform the school of any address, telephone, or email address change.

Care of students: The studio is not responsible for providing child care before or after any class. Students are not to be left at the studio for excessive time before or after class. Students should not arrive earlier than 15 minutes prior to their class time and must be picked up within 15 minutes after their class has ended.
