Musical Theater

Music Therapy

At the Studio, I provide therapeautic music lessons for persons who have special needs and considerations such as autism; ADD; ADHD; impairments of visual, auditory, sensory, or motor functions, and more. Being a board-certified music therapist requires training not only in music but in a wide variety of diagnosis and challenges, as well as how to adapt instruments and musical experiences to best benefit the student. The goal for therapeautic music lessons is music performance, with the side benefit of improving life skills such as motor functioning, confidence, and attention span. -- Miss KristinĀ
